1. Shipping Terms:

As 3D Lamp gets credit card authorisation and verification, the order will be packaged and shipped, which can take up to two business days for order processing. Based on your location, a suitable carrier will be chosen by 3D Lamp to ship the order. Please allow 2-5 business days for order fulfilment and a tracking number will be provided to our customers. Expedited shipping is available on request at additional cost to the buyer. Please note 3D Lamp does not ship to PO Boxes. All 3D lamps are designed in The UK and shipped from China.

All orders purchased from 3D Lamp qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

We want to ensure that you have a great experience with your 3D Lamp products. Our support team is here to answer any questions you have regarding return and shipping and also to troubleshoot any issues encountered. In an event, you need to return your purchase; please follow the applied return terms below.

2. Return Terms:

• Please contact our customer service department by phone or email provided below before initiating a return.

• Product must be in resalable condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any returns imitated or received after 30 days will be refused back to the customer.

• Products must be completely unused with the packaging with accessories included with the return shipment. Any used products or missing items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

• Unless the shipped product is damaged, the customer must cover the shipping cost associated with sending the product back to 3D Lamp.

• Item must be returned in the same exact condition you received in. Returns in any other condition will not be refunded.

• Please ensure you acquire tracking and/or insurance for your return so that we can ensure your package makes it back to us safely.

• Products that are damaged by mishandling, misuse and poor maintenance are not eligible for returns.

• No refunds or exchanged will be entertained for custom lamps ordered from the Custom catalogue.

• No returns can be initiation once production has started for custom lamps.

• Buyer pays return shipping cost

To confirm if production has started, please email the customer service before initiating a return.

3. Return Process:

• Email support@3d-lamp.com with your original order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for returning it.

• The 3D Lamp customer service department will respond to your return request with an address to ship the return to.

• Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original package. 3D Lamp is not responsible for shipping damage on the item.

• Ship the return back to 3D Lamp to the provided address and provide a tracking number for the return

• The return will be processed or refunded/exchanged within 48 hours of 3D Lamp receiving it.

• An email will be sent to the requester once the return transaction is imitated.
